Considered by many avid wine drinkers as the best wine in Valle de Guadalupe.  Here you can find very complex white and red varieties.  The owner has been making wine for more than 30 years and is the only Mexican with a PhD in enology from Bordeaux.  This small production winery emphasizes on quality and prefers to do much of the wine making process by hand rather than machine.  Oh they also have an amazing view with a rooftop terrace for tastings.
